Key Responsibilities: - Enhance market presence and diversify product portfolio in North America. - Execute and support comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives. - Lead a local team of Sales and Account Managers. - Strategically plan, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics. - Negotiate agreements and marketing campaigns with partners. - Oversee annual strategies and initiatives, including business reviews and presentations. - Identify and prioritize new revenue-generating opportunities. - Generate detailed reports and conduct business analyses. - Travel as needed for trade shows, conferences, and sales calls. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Understanding of the North American travel market and B2B travel networks. - Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. - Creative problem-solving and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. - Tech-savvy with experience using KPIs for business initiatives. - Excellent in problem-solving and stakeholder engagement. - Fluency in English and Spanish, with Florida-based work flexibility.
