**Overview:** - Dun & Bradstreet is a data analytics company focused on transforming uncertainty into prosperity for clients. - The Field Sales function is responsible for selling products and services, maintaining and growing revenue streams, and developing new accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions, building strong client relationships. - Manage renewal of existing business and develop new accounts through cross-selling and up-selling. - Drive negotiation, contracting, and approval processes for complex deals. - Perform account planning and coordinate with internal sales resources. - Prospect, qualify, and close business to meet annual objectives. - Maintain accurate data in SFDC for territory, account planning, and forecasting. - Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing to increase retention rates. - Network with key contacts and adapt persuasive communication styles. - Select and evaluate complex sales techniques and criteria. - Possess industry-leading sales methodology and proficiency in various software tools. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years experience in enterprise level SaaS, consulting, or services sales. - Proven track record in closing sales, managing client relationships, and attaining annual quotas. - Ability to assess client environments and prioritize growth opportunities. - Manage complex, strategic sales and multiple senior stakeholders. - Excellent business communication and presentation skills. - Independent judgment in sales methods and evaluation criteria. - Proficiency in salesforce.com, MS-Excel, MSPowerPoint, and MS-Word. - Willingness to travel for business. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $108,200 - $181,800 a year. - Commission eligibility. - Generous paid time off, up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, paid sick time, education assistance, extensive training resources, Do Good Program, competitive 401k, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, health & wellness benefits, medical, dental & vision insurance. - Pay transparency and equal employment opportunity. - Accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
