**Overview:** - Channel Sales Manager role based in Western US. - Responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Channel Partner Management: - Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. - Provide ongoing support and resources to partners. - Conduct regular business reviews with partners. - Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and execute channel sales strategies. - Collaborate with marketing team on marketing programs and campaigns. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. - Training and Development: - Train partners on products, services, and value proposition. - Ensure partners are equipped with necessary tools and knowledge. - Market Intelligence: - Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. - Provide feedback on market conditions and product enhancements. - Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure partner activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Prepare and present regular reports on channel sales performance and forecasts. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in channel sales or business development. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Estimated salary range: $75,000 - $125,000 with variable compensation. - Comprehensive employee benefits including healthcare, dental, parental planning, mental health benefits, disability income benefits, life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and fitness reimbursements. - Fair Chance Statement compliant with US & Canada laws. - Background checks may affect job duties related to sensitive information, management of assets, security, and compliance. - Everbridge is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
