Senior Product Manager

Overview: - Opportunity to guide key components of cloud-based digital operations platform, including Android and iOS mobile apps. - Position for driving product innovation within a dynamic and growing cloud-service company. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, marketers, and stakeholders to design and shape the platform. - Interact with customers and stakeholders to identify high-value investments in product. - Work with engineering teams on development backlogs and support sprint processes. - Assist in product rollouts through webinars, training, documentation, and release artifacts. - Participate in product marketing team activities. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - BA/BS degree, ideally in computer science, but open to candidates with unrelated degrees. - Minimum of 2 years in product management and 3+ years in software development or implementation. - Strong communication skills and a strong desire for frequent customer interaction. - Confidence in using Postman or writing JavaScript for API call verification. - Experience in SRE/DevOps-savvy environments and knowledge of IT processes and systems.
