Overview: - Role within the Retention Team for B2C customers of FINN. - Support customers in extending their current subscription or booking a new one. - Provide personalized advice on vehicle options, loyalty programs, and more. - Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Actively assist customers in subscription renewal or new subscription booking. - Offer personalized advice on vehicle options, loyalty programs, and other services. - Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve processes, products, and communication. - Develop and implement strategic retention measures. - Analyze and optimize existing customer management processes. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Enjoy customer interaction and have experience in customer service, sales, or retention. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to adapt communication style to different individuals. - Detail-oriented and proactive in process improvement. - Fluency in German and proficiency in English. - Willingness to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment. Compensation & Benefits: - 1,500€ annual training budget for external certifications or conferences. - Flexible work arrangements, including remote work, hybrid, or office-based in Munich. - Possibility of working from the EU for a specified period. - Comprehensive benefits package focusing on employee well-being, including mental health support and team events. - Two-to-three times a year, attend an Onsite-Week in Munich. - Access to FINN's discounts for JobAuto.
