Overview: - Role as a customer coordinator in FINN Autoabo, a flexible alternative to traditional car ownership with CO2 emissions compensated. - Aim to ensure customer safety and swift recovery in case of vehicle issues. - Contribute to continuous improvement of FINN's service. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate processes for smooth customer experience. - Support customers during vehicle issues and coordinate with the Schadenmanagement partner. - Manage fleet operations, including vehicle returns, end-of-service accounting, and maintenance scheduling. - Propose and implement solutions for process optimization, including potential automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for company growth. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Previous experience in direct customer contact, preferably in the automotive sector or related fields. - Ability to maintain structure and attention to detail in handling multiple cases. - Proficiency in German (C2) and English (B1) language skills. - Motivation to tackle new challenges and work collaboratively with partners. - Experience in operational customer support with a ticketing system is beneficial.
