Inside Sales Manager (m/f/x)

Overview: - Role as a customer advisor within the Sales Team at FINNs Autoabo. - First point of contact for potential and existing customers. - Provide personalized guidance from initial inquiry to the completion of the first auto-abo. - Aim to create satisfied, loyal customers who are enthusiastic members of the FINN community. - Contribute to increasing sales, strengthening customer loyalty, and driving the success of FINN. - Opportunity to work in a dynamic team, contributing expertise and knowledge for continuous development. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively and professionally guide customers throughout the auto-abo acquisition process via various communication channels. - Collaborate closely with the team to ensure customers are well-supported and company goals are met. - Implement communication strategies to address individual customer needs, fostering long-term satisfaction. - Collect and interpret customer feedback, using it to inform product improvements and customer service enhancements. - Engage in strategic thinking to understand customer needs and optimize processes. - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance customer experience. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Enjoyment of customer interaction and possibly previous experience in customer sales or service. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different conversational partners. - Detail-oriented and structured approach, with a propensity for questioning and optimizing existing processes. - Fluency in German, with proficiency in English. - Willingness to join a diverse and inclusive team environment.
