Product Manager (m/f/x)

Overview: - Product Manager role at FINN, driving change in mobility through car subscriptions and e-commerce. - Join a fast-growing company in Germany, working with top car brands and global investors. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee product vision and roadmap, influencing customer experience and business efficiency. - Develop deep understanding of processes, optimize customer experience, and collaborate with external partners. - Share knowledge, enable peers, and collaborate with Engineering, Automation, and Data teams. - Critically analyze and prioritize requirements, focusing on user issues and team goals. - Build and enable technology, prioritize automation, and work with Engineering Manager. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Fluency in English and German. - Experience in product management and collaboration with technical and business teams. - Previous experience in agile, high-growth environments, especially in logistics, fleet management, or mobility. - Entrepreneurial mindset, passion for building tools in partnership with users. - Highly structured and analytical working style, strong data analysis skills. - Outstanding communication skills, ability to simplify complex issues. - Strong growth mindset, motivation to continuously deliver value.
