Overview: - Fluence is a global market leader in intelligent energy storage and optimization software for renewables and storage. - The company aims to create a more resilient grid and unlock the full potential of renewable portfolios. - Fluence has implemented solutions across nearly 50 markets, transforming the way we power our world for a sustainable future. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing customer relationships. - Analyze customers, markets, and geographic territories to structure cohesive sales strategies. - Develop and execute region sales growth strategies based on market insights and analytics. - Monitor and report on market evolution, collaborate with various departments, and improve processes and products. - Educate customers and stakeholders on the benefits of energy storage products and services. - Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. - Lead industry efforts in support of the energy transition while promoting Fluence products and services. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field with a strong analytical emphasis. - At least 10 years in growth-oriented roles, with significant experience in strategic selling within the energy storage or renewable energy sectors. - At least 2 years managing a team, either directly or indirectly. - Strong knowledge of market participants, stakeholder landscape, and energy storage customer segments across the region. - Proven ability in leveraging advanced analytics, market intelligence, and customer feedback for business expansion and strategy development. - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with mastery in data analysis tools and methodologies relevant to the energy market. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
