Quality Technician II

Overview: - Fluence is a global leader in intelligent energy storage and optimization software for renewables and storage. - The company aims to create a more resilient grid and unlock the full potential of renewable portfolios. - Fluence has implemented gigawatts of solutions across nearly 50 markets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections and testing on incoming equipment and materials. - Identify non-conforming products and recommend corrective actions. - Work with quality control and production teams to identify improvement areas. - Assist in developing and implementing quality control processes. - Prepare detailed reports on quality findings and risks. - Perform root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions. - Maintain documentation and records of quality tests and inspections. - Collaborate with engineers and managers to resolve quality-related issues. - Continue training on LMS and on-the-job training. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Associate’s degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent work experience. - Experience in quality assurance or quality control. - Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices, and testing methodologies. - Experience with measurement and inspection tools. - Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Familiarity with root cause analysis and corrective action processes. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Attention to detail and commitment to high product quality. - Preferred: Certification in quality control or assurance, experience with statistical analysis tools.
