Accounting Operations & Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Business Systems and IT to enhance accounting and ERP systems. - Identify opportunities for streamlining accounting processes and implementing automation. - Develop and maintain financial controls, mitigate operational risks, and support audits. - Define and track KPIs for accounting functions, analyze trends, and support performance management. - Serve as a key liaison between accounting, finance, IT, and operations teams. - Provide training and support on system functionalities and best practices. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. - CPA, CMA, or ERP certification (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). - 7+ years of experience in accounting systems, financial operations, or process improvement. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational workflows. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and process automation tools (Alteryx, UiPath). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing multiple projects. - Systems thinker, strong collaborator, and clear communicator.
