Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement ABM strategies aligned with business objectives for demand generation and deal acceleration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target accounts, develop personalized content, and execute ABM campaigns. - Lead multi-channel ABM campaigns using personalized content, digital advertising, webinars, and events. - Analyze ABM campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. - Conduct market research to understand target accounts' business needs and decision-making processes. - Lead team growth as the Enterprise pipeline expands. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on ABM or demand generation in technology/healthcare. - Proven success in acquiring and growing accounts of hospital systems and/or clinic networks. - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop effective ABM strategies. - Analytical skills for assessing campaign performance and informing decision-making. - Project management skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines. - Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling messages and presenting complex information. - Technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools.
