Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager

Overview: - Hanna Andersson, a premier kids and baby clothing brand based in Portland, Oregon, seeks a Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to facilitate Agile practices within development and product teams. - The ideal candidate will contribute to the brand's success by maintaining a balance in daily lives and fostering a high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. - Support the development team by removing obstacles and fostering collaboration. - Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog. - Encourage continuous improvement and monitor key metrics related to team performance. - Manage risks and issues, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members. - Assist with project planning and timeline creation/maintenance. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment. - Proven track record of facilitating Scrum teams and delivering projects on time. - Experience with cross-functional teams and Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence. - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Compensation & Benefits: - Salary range: $91,000 - $102,000 per year. - Location: Portland, OR (hybrid) preferred or Remote (West Coast hours) with required travel to PDX.
