**Overview:** - Haus is a marketing science platform that optimizes marketing spend for businesses. - Haus automates experiment design, data processing, and insights generation. - Haus is recognized as one of 2024's exceptional startups. - Haus is seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to accelerate growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive go-to-market planning processes and establish key KPIs. - Enhance team productivity by reducing non-sales activities. - Design and deliver custom reporting and analyses. - Co-own Salesforce CRM, leading CRM projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue strategies. - Provide training and support to sales team members. - Offer data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role. - Expertise in Salesforce CRM and data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau). - Familiarity with account enrichment tools and sales automation platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented, proactive, strategic thinker, technically proficient, team player, and problem solver. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 annually. - Equal opportunity employer. - Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance. - 401(k) retirement plan. - Tools and resources provided for productivity. - Impactful work with opportunities for professional growth. - Collaborative culture in a supportive environment.
