Manager, Affiliates - Sales

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the Affiliate program and manage Affiliate Managers’ responsibilities. - Facilitate and manage internal processes like affiliate gamification, commissions, and budget tracking. - Develop and implement business strategies to grow Affiliate impact. - Train and mentor the Affiliate team, holding them accountable to KPIs and projects. - Analyze metrics for affiliate engagement, satisfaction, and expansion. - Manage all aspects of affiliate account management and tracking. - Lead outreach efforts with potential affiliates. - Attend in-person events and assist with other duties as assigned.
