Head of Product Marketing (WordPress)

Overview: - Join Hostinger, a rapidly growing company with a team of 900 professionals. - Contribute to the success of over 3 million clients in 150 countries. - Lead the marketing strategy for Hostinger's Managed WordPress hosting product. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing vision and strategy for Managed WordPress hosting. - Monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies. - Manage cross-departmental projects to accelerate growth in selected countries. - Set and manage investment strategies per country. - Lead high-performing teams to execute marketing strategies and meet business objectives. - Organize and distribute strategic plans, progress reports, and deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and processes. - Define the scope of marketing initiatives, including timelines, resources, and costs. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital performance marketing, and partnership management. - Knowledge of WordPress and its ecosystem. - Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. - Entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. - High attention to detail, including effective written/verbal communication.
