Overview: - Join Hostinger, a rapidly expanding web hosting company. - Position as partnership director for Asia markets. - Lead and mentor a team of professionals. - Drive financial KPIs through streamlined processes and strategic vision. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of professionals. - Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners in Asian markets. - Build and manage a pipeline of new partnerships. - Conduct negotiations to materialize high-impact deals. - Nurture existing relationships with partners to deepen partnerships and increase sales. - Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with product heads to exploit business cases. - Measure, analyze, and optimize performance. - Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges. - Leverage data to drive actionable decisions for business growth. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. - Proven experience with digital performance marketing and partnership management. - Experience working with India and Asian markets. - Sharp sales and analytical skills, including proficiency in web and data analytic tools. - High attentiveness to details and proactiveness. - Perfect spoken and written communication in English. - Experience with international tech/digital products is an advantage.
