Director of Professional Learning, Implementation

Overview: - Kiddom is an educational platform focused on student equity and growth through high-quality instructional materials and digital learning. - The role involves strategic execution of professional learning delivery and ensuring alignment with school districts' unique needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Kiddom’s professional learning programs. - Manage and coach facilitators for high-quality, engaging, and effective professional learning sessions. - Serve as a trusted advisor to district leaders and educators. - Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams for RFP responses, sales presentations, and pilot engagements. - Model exceptional leadership skills and foster a high-performing team culture. - Build and strengthen external partnerships for professional learning initiatives. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in education, professional learning, or instructional leadership. - Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful professional development programs. - Experience managing facilitators, coaches, or instructional leaders. - Strong collaborative skills and experience working cross-functionally. - Support RFPs, sales presentations, and pilot implementations in an edtech context. - Deep understanding of HQIM, instructional best practices, and adult learning principles. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
