Order Management Specialist

Overview: - Kiddom is an educational platform focusing on student equity and growth through high-quality instructional materials and digital learning. - The platform offers curriculum management functionality for schools and districts to customize learning experiences. - The Order Management Specialist role supports Kiddom’s print fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Key Responsibilities: - Intake and organize bulk orders for multiple schools, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Interface with school contacts to resolve order discrepancies and confirm details. - Submit orders to internal systems or prepare files for Supply Chain Manager processing. - Track order fulfillment progress, maintain records, and follow up as needed. - Update order status in NetSuite upon receiving fulfillment and shipping information. - Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Accounting for quality and timely delivery. - Identify recurring order issues or process improvements. - Support ad-hoc operational projects or assist with print-related customer support during off-peak seasons. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 1–4 years of experience in managing complex customer orders in operations-driven environments. - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP, filters, and pivot tables. - Clear, professional written communication skills for interactions with schools and internal stakeholders. - High attention to detail with experience managing large data volumes. - Comfortable working with ERPs or order management systems, with NetSuite experience being a plus. - Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks and customers. - Experience in K–12 education or publishing/logistics is advantageous.
