Key Responsibilities: - Lead high-impact initiatives, aligning teams with goals and budgets. - Oversee program execution from concept to implementation. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX. - Communicate updates and establish reporting touchpoints for transparency. - Track performance metrics and drive data-informed decision-making. - Manage contractor workflows for efficiency and quality. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3-5+ years of program or project management experience. - Proven operational systems enhancement skills. - Strong cross-functional leadership and Agile methodology expertise. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience with external partners or contractors. - Data-driven mindset for performance tracking and continuous improvement. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Passion for education technology and strategic objectives.
