Sr. QA Software Engineer

Overview: - Kiddom is an educational platform focused on student equity and growth. - Provides curriculum management functionality for schools and districts. - Emphasizes continuous improvement through teacher and leader data insights. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a lead for a functionally-focused team. - Partner with stakeholders to test for bugs. - Develop and execute test strategies, write test scripts, and perform manual and automated tests. - Communicate and triage discovered bugs. - Assist with manual functional testing, write/edit test cases and test plans, and support customers with user-reported issues. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional experience in functional manual testing. - Excellent communication and written skills. - Experience with bug tracking software. - Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and meeting deadlines. - Commitment to quality software development and team support. - Understanding of the software test cycle process. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Motivated and responsible individual. - Interest in working at a startup and scaling with the company.
