Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and maintaining high client satisfaction. - Collaborate internally and externally to ensure precise project execution and adherence to processes and regulatory requirements. - Handle Veeva Promomat uploads and client feedback, meeting challenging deadlines with attention to detail. - Support key brand objectives, integrating them into strategic recommendations. - Assist with project budgets and coordinate with cross-functional teams for launch programs. - Maintain Klick Health standards in all communications, contributing to a positive client experience. - Understand clients, industry dynamics, competitors, and the evolving business environment. - Participate in brand planning and new client opportunity briefing. - Provide follow-up and recap notes after client meetings. - Review and create scopes of work in partnership with Project Management. - Communicate changes/markups effectively to internal teams. - Maintain relationships with Manager and Sr. Manager level clients. - Present and communicate effectively, with a strong understanding of marketing communications and pharmaceutical/healthcare regulations. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 4+ years client services experience in the advertising industry, with 2+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising. - Experience with Veeva Promomat system for client project approval. - Comfortable managing a budget of 1-2M in revenue. - Experience in brand planning and launch programs. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Understanding of marketing communications and pharmaceutical/healthcare industry regulations. - Proficiency in English and knowledge of local market cultural dynamics. - University degree required, MBA a plus. - Valid passport for international travel. - Enthusiasm for integrating AI into work.
