Freelance Account Manager

Overview: - Establish and grow the French office of Klick, delivering new client work. - Extend and build the high-performing, people-first Klick culture in the region. - Ensure cultural authenticity to the local part of the world. Key Responsibilities: - Partner across crafts to deliver outstanding creative, activation, tech enablement, and more. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launch programs. - Manage project execution, adherence to processes, and regulatory requirements. - Review and manage project budgets. - Maintain meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution. - Ensure all communications reflect Klick Health standards. - Understand clients, industry dynamics, competitors, and the evolving business environment. - Enhance clients' business outcomes and deliver exceptional value. - Articulate clients' brand objectives and integrate them into strategic recommendations. - Shape the account plan for each client with valuable insights and strategic direction. - Maintain and grow client relationships at the Product Manager and Associate Director level. - Handle travel requirements and maintain a valid passport. - Integrate AI into work with enthusiasm. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 4+ years client services experience in the advertising industry. - 1+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience. - Comfortable managing between 2-3M in client business. - Experience in brand planning and launch experience. - Intake of new client opportunities and brief coordination. - Setup, lead, and run client meetings. - Review and create scopes of work with Project Management. - Exceptional presentation and communication skills. - Full understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. - University degree required, MBA a plus. - Travel experience and a valid passport. - Enthusiasm for integrating AI into work.
