Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with product, CS, and BI teams to understand data capture and reporting needs. - Transform raw data into structured tables and meaningful insights using Python, SQL, and Looker. - Design and provide reports and dashboards to improve business performance, processes, and product insights. - Integrate data and reporting from third-party tools into the BI reporting suite. - Provide ad-hoc data support, analysis, and reporting consultancy. - Test deliverables thoroughly and document related processes. - Support teams using self-service data analytics for efficient query development and ad-hoc reporting. - Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of the BI technical environment. - Participate in BI and business meetings, taking ownership of action points to achieve satisfactory results. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience with business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in high-growth startup, tech, or SaaS environments. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics. - Proven expertise in building reports and BI analysis with tools like Looker, Tableau/Power BI, and advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to structure, monitor, and validate data for data integrity. - A bright, analytical mindset with the ability to quickly grasp concepts and identify trends. - Git experience and knowledge of modern data warehousing techniques and Snowflake are a plus. - Machine learning experience/knowledge is a plus.
