Accounting Support

Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting department. - Assist with complex accounting tasks and process improvement initiatives. - Perform data entry, reconcile financial documents, and prepare financial reports. - Maintain financial databases, assist with closing processes, and lead audit documentation. - Analyze financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making. - Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting support or similar role. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and regulations. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. - Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Intermediate English level.
