IT Support Engineer I (NOC)

Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring and maintaining the performance and availability of Kueski's infrastructure, applications, security, and services. - Responding to and resolving technical incidents, interruptions, and performance alerts. - Categorizing and escalating technical issues to appropriate teams. - Notifying stakeholders about service disruptions and status of resolution. - Prioritizing incidents based on Kueski's requirements, organizational policies, and operational impact. - Collecting and reviewing performance reports to help prevent future issues. - Documenting actions in accordance with Kueski's policies and procedures. - Solving minor bugs and incidents. - Participating in triage sessions with resolution teams. - Supporting post-mortem reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure regular follow-up on identified elements. - Supporting vulnerability studies/bulletins and defining/implementing governance protocols and best practices.
