Key Responsibilities: - Drive meaningful change by identifying financial and technological challenges and developing solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and measure user experience strategies. - Evaluate and improve existing products and features to support business objectives. - Advocate for users and ensure designs are delightful and surprising. - Maintain and develop internal and external style guides, ensuring quality. - Design seamless product experiences across multiple touchpoints. - Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and lead strategic efforts. - Own full-stack design solutions, from workflow definition to prototypes. - Present work and influence teams of product managers, engineers, and researchers. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns. - Autonomy as a facilitator of cross-functional decision-making. - Ability to ideate, iterate, and prototype in a fluid startup environment. - Strong experience in designing for mobile-first products with a portfolio of native apps, web, and responsive mobile interfaces. - Proficiency in Figma and staying updated with design technologies and industry trends. - Great use of visual hierarchy and rapid prototyping skills. - Comfortable learning from A/B testing.
