Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategies for sustainable business growth and fraud prevention, creating monitoring systems and credit evaluation schemas. - Conduct investigations to identify fraud patterns, using data analysis to project credit losses. - Prepare executive summaries and presentations for strategic decision-making. - Analyze fraud at both the customer and merchant levels, developing methodologies to project credit losses. - Evaluate the need for additional information, tools, or policies to mitigate fraud and losses. - Develop and test concepts from external data sources for fraud prevention and loss mitigation. - Serve as a key contact with engineering and product teams for the development and implementation of fraud and risk policies. - Analyze fraud and risk profiles to establish sales cross-selling and pre-approval credit campaigns. - Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory directives, and market developments for risk fraud prevention compliance. - Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on risk fraud analysis methodologies and techniques. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or similar. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical roles with proven experience in database management using Python, SAS, SQL, and Tableau. - At least 2 years of experience in credit risk behavior analysis and fraud prevention. - Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques, credit risk analysis, segmentation, and project management. - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with statistical and financial tools. - Experience with SQL, Athena, Python, Tableau/Databricks, and Excel. - Understanding of fraud prevention and credit risk with consumer credit products. - Advanced English proficiency. - Experience with data sources operation and analytical tools interpretation. - Ability to analyze fraud and credit risk metrics. - Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills. - Ability to deliver results on time and make decisions in uncertain scenarios. - Teamwork and collaboration skills.
