Event Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead IoTeX/MachineFi strategy, including identifying key events, internal team training, and event attendance. - Oversee the design and build of new Event Showcase, ensuring contextually relevant delivery. - Manage the delivery of every event through Event Management process, building on and further developing it. - Work with Marketing & Business Development to organize and staff events, ensuring a unified narrative. - Work with Tech Teams & Partners to showcase latest products and technologies. - Develop event strategy and objectives, focusing on lead generation and customer advocacy. - Negotiate and execute contracts for events, travel frequently, and analyze event ROI. - Grow and manage a team of event marketing specialists. - Build relationships with prospects on a one-to-one basis. - Deliver presentations at events and run at-event workshops. - Organize relevant on-brand side events and interact with key decision makers. - Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory, including swag. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline. - 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing. - Proven experience in event marketing efforts, including planning, attendance, and reporting. - Experience partnering with an enterprise/BD team. - Highly organized with the ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel. - Impeccable communication skills – written and oral. - Professional Passionate Presenter. - Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative, innovative, and metric-driven. - Comfortable standing for long periods and traveling frequently.
