Key Responsibilities: - Lead the marketing team from initial research to execution, including strategy, creative development, analytics, and continuous improvement. - Act as a critical connection between the IoTeX Foundation and developers, understanding their needs and advocating for them. - Develop a forward-looking strategy for the IoTeX developer experience over the next 1, 5, 10 years. - Create education and documentation to help developers succeed, including individual contributors and ecosystem builders. - Scope and evaluate developer grants, working with grantees to help developers succeed. - Engage in community building, advocacy, and technical work. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in marketing, communication, and web3. - Bachelor's degree. - Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels. - Excellent communication skills and ability to think creatively and innovatively. - Budget-management skills and professional judgment from years of experience. - Analytical skills to forecast trends and challenges. - Familiarity with graphic design, web design, production, and latest trends, technologies, and methodologies. - Creativity and ability to develop original content that provokes engagement. - Strong leadership qualities and ability to be a team player.
