Implementation Consultant

Overview: - Netomi AI seeks individuals to work on configuring and implementing SaaS solutions for customers. - The role involves working closely with customers and the Netomi delivery team to design and configure customer solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide effort estimations and timelines for projects. - Conduct discovery calls with customers and cross-functional teams. - Lead technical project activities, including solution architecture design. - Perform complex configuration and troubleshooting of Netomi’s solutions. - Ensure project/process documentation is maintained on a centralized repository. - Lead business discussions regarding Netomi’s value proposition. - Analyze customer health and create plans to improve AI Agent performance. - Drive efficiency in project delivery through initiatives. - Collaborate with different teams for troubleshooting customer issues. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Overall experience of 5-6 years in Project Management, preferably from a consulting organization. - At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS-based organization conceptualizing and deploying solutions. - Proficiency in client/stakeholder management and strong communication skills. - Ability to deliver under stressful conditions. - Experience in implementing SaaS products. - Understanding of SQL and relational databases. - Strong tool experience with JSON, Datadog, Postman, API Integrations. - Basic or moderate understanding of NLP.
