Lead UX Designer

Overview: - Netomi is an AI-first customer service platform aimed at enhancing customer experiences and reducing costs. - The platform features a Relationship Operating System that automates up to 80% of routine customer service inquiries. - Netomi operates across multiple communication channels and supports over 100 languages. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design initiatives for the Netomi platform, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and mockups. - Make strategic design and user-experience decisions based on user research or A/B testing. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to build a leading-edge customer experience. - Address design implementation challenges and devise user-centered solutions. - Rapidly test and iterate designs, documenting findings and improvements. - Serve as a UX mentor and guide for current and future UX designers. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 7+ years of UX design experience, with 4+ years in B2B SaaS and complex enterprise platforms. - At least 2+ years of experience with AI and Generative AI in product design. - Proficient in interaction design, user testing, and user research techniques. - Strong attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication skills. - Familiarity with design systems, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. - Experience with UX project planning tools like Jira, Trello, and Monday. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end markup languages. - A diverse digital portfolio showcasing interaction design, user experience, and design principles. - A design degree or equivalent experience in visual communication, graphic design, interaction design, or HCI.
