Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable, resilient backend services using Java and Spring Boot. - Optimize relational databases for high availability and performance. - Implement and maintain event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ. - Utilize caching solutions like Redis or Memcached for performance enhancement. - Build and maintain microservices and distributed applications focusing on reliability and scalability. - Work with product managers, architects, and junior developers for collaboration and mentorship. - Identify and optimize application performance through profiling and debugging. - Ensure security, authentication, and data protection across services.
