SDET - Contract

Overview: - Netomi AI is seeking a seasoned SDET to contribute to the quality assurance of products. - The role involves working with top-tier clients and being part of a dynamic, innovative team. - The position is part of the Generative AI revolution, backed by leading investors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks for web and mobile applications using Java, Selenium, and Appium. - Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues for continuous integration and testing. - Convert manual test cases into automated scripts for regression, functional, and performance testing. - Implement cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility. - Integrate automated test scripts with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. - Log and track issues in a bug tracking system, providing detailed reports and test coverage metrics. - Collaborate with functional testers and stakeholders to improve automation testing strategies. - Manage test data and maintain automated test scripts to accommodate changes in application functionality. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Strong programming skills in Java and experience with automated test script writing. - Expertise in Selenium and Appium for web and mobile application automation. - Experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab. - Proficiency in Git for source code versioning and management. - Experience in creating and managing test cases, test plans, and documentation. - Problem-solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting during test automation. - Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Desired skills include mobile testing, cloud testing, CI/CD automation, and version control best practices. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation using Java, Selenium, and Appium.
