Creative Design Lead (Gracenote)

Overview: - Nielsen seeks a Creative / Graphic Designer to contribute to the Gracenote brand's visual identity and creative strategies across various marketing channels. - The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative assets aligned with business efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute creative strategies and assets for owned and paid marketing channels. - Manage creative executions, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Nielsen's brand. - Conceptualize and design graphics, visualizations, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms. - Collaborate with marketers, writers, and data analysts to support brand, product, and data narratives. - Source and manage relevant agencies and production partners for emerging media technologies and creative approaches. - Manage multiple projects and priorities from ideation to execution. - Develop engaging strategies for key target audiences. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5-7+ years of marketing programs experience, with a focus on owned and paid email and digital marketing. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate ambiguity. - Motivated self-starter with confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
