SecOps Engineer | Senior | NordVPN Infrastructure

Overview: - Seeking a SRE/DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer for security management within on-premise infrastructure. - Responsible for influencing change, tracking progress, and delivering software-defined solutions. Key Responsibilities: - CVE Management: Identify, track, and mitigate infrastructure vulnerabilities. - Security Management: Implement security best practices for servers, networks, and storage systems. - OS/Container/Software Patching: Develop and maintain patch management policies. - Security Reports & Audit Cooperation: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Linux Hardening: Implement security configurations to protect against threats. - Security Testing & Penetration Testing: Conduct assessments and vulnerability scanning. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Strong Linux and networking background. - Expertise in security testing, compliance management, and CVE management. - Proficiency in network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices. - Knowledge of Docker, container security, and SIEM tools. - Ability to write automation scripts and security tools in Python. - Experience with Ansible or SaltStack for configuration management. - Understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS benchmarks).
