Pricing & RV Manager

Overview: - Role focused on managing residual values of electric vehicles (EVs) for a fleet. - Involves forecasting, monitoring, and managing EV residual values using internal data and market references. - Participates in RV committees and presents market information for decision-making. - Conducts monthly reviews of residual values and responds to market trends. - Implements RV changes into company systems with pricing team support. Key Responsibilities: - Residual Value Forecasting & Benchmarking: - Assess and project future EV fleet values using CAP and other benchmarks. - Analyze market trends, battery technology, and regulatory influences. - Coordinate RV committees and present relevant research. - Review fleet data vs benchmarks and prepare summarized reports. - Market Monitoring & Reporting: - Monthly residual value reviews against benchmark data. - Identify and recommend changes based on market trends. - Perform ad-hoc reviews for specific vehicles or categories. - Implementation & Operational Support: - Manage RV changes implementation with pricing team support. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years in asset management, valuation forecasting, or financial analysis in the automotive/EV sector. - Experience in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. - Proficiency with third-party benchmarks (e.g., CAP, Autotrader) and other benchmarking tools. - Strong analytical and presentation skills. - Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
