Associate Account Manager - Demand Platform

**Overview:** - OpenX is a company focused on maximizing the economic potential of digital media companies through digital advertising markets and technologies. - The company seeks a motivated individual to support DSP partners in North America and EMEA regions, working closely with various teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage DSP relationships and ensure customer success, technical integration health, revenue growth, and strategic opportunities. - Work with Account Directors and Platform Partnerships teams to drive demand partner relationships. - Own and run a core book of Demand Platform relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction. - Support the growth of established DSP partners in reporting, deal creation, troubleshooting, and support. - Build business reviews, maintain documentation, and update training materials. - Engage with external clients, lead client conversations, and grow relationships. - Manage multiple accounts with competing priorities and timelines. - Maintain and update relevant documentation on OpenX offerings for DSP partners. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 2-4 years experience in account coordination or management within ad tech, programmatic, or related digital media industry. - Clear understanding of OpenX’s business and market position. - Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills. - Customer-first mindset and strong ability to review complex reporting. - Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and strong written and oral communication skills. - Proven track record of managing multiple projects and attention to detail. - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $72,000 - $85,000 per year. - Bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more. - OpenX values customer centricity, ownership, openness, and adaptability. - Committed to equal employment opportunities and non-discrimination. - Privacy policy available for review.
