Data Steward - Salesforce

Overview: - OpenX is a company focused on maximizing the economic potential of digital media companies through digital advertising markets and technologies. - The company seeks a Salesforce expert with experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, and data governance. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance within Salesforce. - Integrate Salesforce with other platforms across OpenX’s AdTech ecosystem. - Streamline buyer and seat mapping, enhance attribution models, and improve cross-platform data synchronization. - Design and maintain data models aligned with business objectives and AdTech strategies. - Implement data lineage tracking and auditing for compliance with regulations. - Develop automated workflows and integrations for data exchange between Salesforce and other systems. - Create and maintain dashboards/reports for real-time insights into revenue, buyer behavior, and inventory performance. - Design and maintain data integrity dashboards for monitoring data completeness, logical consistency, and reporting accuracy. - Collaborate with product teams to define taxonomy and naming conventions for platform data structures. - Lead cross-functional data governance meetings and establish best practices for Salesforce data entry, governance, and reporting. - Drive Salesforce enhancements for reporting transparency for internal stakeholders, publishers, and advertisers. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 4-6 years of experience in data stewardship, revenue operations, or Salesforce administration, preferably in AdTech. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations. - Experience with programmatic advertising data, ETL processes, and API integrations. - Expert-level Salesforce skills (Admin and/or Developer certifications preferred). - Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Google BigQuery, and Python or other scripting languages. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
