Learning and Development Specialist

**Overview:** - OpenX is dedicated to maximizing the economic potential of digital media companies through digital advertising markets and technologies. - The company emphasizes a blend of market design, technical innovation, operational excellence, and empathetic partner service. - Learning and Development (L&D) is central to fostering business growth and empowering employees with skills, knowledge, and tools for a dynamic global organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with People Business Partners and L&D Programs Manager to assess and support employee career development. - Facilitate global learning through online platforms and occasional in-person sessions. - Manage course materials and learning management systems (LMS) for training activities. - Co-develop and implement internal marketing strategies for learning initiatives. - Conduct follow-up assessments of training programs and adjust as needed. - Coordinate with SMEs to maintain a library of training content. - Implement the organization’s global training schedule and facilitate training events. - Support organizational learning initiatives and share knowledge of industry trends and best practices. - Identify and evaluate external training-related vendors, consultants, and partners. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate leadership development, learning & development, or organizational development within a technology environment. - Proven experience in creating, designing, and implementing employee development programs and training content. - Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, leadership development, or related field; Masters’ degree preferred. - Proven project management skills, organizational abilities, and experience with complex schedules and evaluations. - Confident leadership presence, effective presentation skills, and experience in curriculum development. - Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning content authoring platforms. - DiSC facilitation Certification and/or Facilitation Certification preferred. - Salary range: $88,208 - $103,775 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range of $88,208 - $103,775 per year, with potential bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits. - Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more. - The company adheres to fair hiring practices and complies with local regulations regarding employment of individuals with arrest and conviction records. - OpenX values transparency, continuous learning, and taking ownership to drive results.
