Overview: - Seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Plivo's customer portfolio in the US and Canada. - Role involves developing long-term customer relationships and liaising with internal teams. - Focus on proactive issue resolution and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage diverse customer portfolio from global enterprises to SMBs. - Serve as the single point of contact for post-sale activities. - Retain and grow revenue, nurture business relationships, and prepare quarterly business reviews. - Review product usage data, drive customer loyalty, and maintain industry expertise. - Negotiate renewals and contracts, demonstrate ownership, and analyze customer data. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - 7+ years of overall work experience, with 3+ years in customer success or related roles. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and time management. - Flexibility to start early for collaboration with Indian teams. - Team player, capable of independent relationship development. - Proven track record in task ownership and resolution. - Analytical skills, with strong written and spoken communication.
