Key Responsibilities: - Establish and manage financial crime processes for the Dutch market, ensuring compliance with local regulations. - Engage with Dutch regulatory authorities as the primary contact for financial crime matters. - File and manage Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with Dutch authorities. - Draft and implement financial crime policies and procedures tailored to Dutch market requirements. - Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial crime processes. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Extensive experience in financial crime prevention, AML/CFT processes, or regulatory compliance, preferably in fintech or financial services. - Native-level proficiency in Dutch and excellent English communication skills. - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex regulatory requirements. - Proactive approach, hands-on, energetic, and autonomous. - Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with experience in professional interactions with Dutch regulatory bodies.
