Solutions and Quality Manager - Mexico

Key Responsibilities: - Design and create state-of-the-art supply chain and operations solutions store. - Configure and test blueprints with AI for industry best practices. - Manage blueprint visualization and value statements. - Develop comprehensive test plans for software to meet industry standards. - Train and mentor on quality management practices. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams on technical challenges. - Take ownership of projects and demonstrate proactive problem-solving. - Show interest in systems thinking and process optimization. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles with quality management involvement. - Passion for integrated software solutions in manufacturing. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and written skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. - Experience with QMS and relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, AS9100).
