Customer Success Manager - IAM/IGA - Poland

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity. - Preference for Identity Security practitioner with a can-do attitude. - Previous experience in customer success or application portfolio management within a SaaS organization. - Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and on-premise IT landscape. - Experience in consulting and implementation of IT systems, especially cloud service and/or identity management. - Understanding of security and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management. - Team player with experience in process improvement, decision making, and planning. - Proactive mindset with a focus on risk avoidance.
