Overview: - Shield AI is a defense technology company focused on intelligent systems for service members and civilians. - The company offers products that support U.S. and allied operations globally. - Hivemind is the flagship autonomy software powering various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead efforts to identify and address critical autonomy needs for Shield AI and its customers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product development, strategy, and roadmap. - Track progress of autonomy features and forecast requirements. - Incorporate operational experience and test insights for real-world applicability. - Document findings and communicate via product roadmaps, PDDs, whitepapers, CONOPs, CONEMPs, and presentations. - Support marketing, sales strategy, and business development. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 15 years of related experience, or equivalent with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree. - Exceptional communication skills with various stakeholders. - 8+ years' experience with defense weapons programs, including development and test planning/execution. - Experience with standoff weapons planning, development, test, and employment. - Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance; US citizenship required.
