Overview: - Brand Director role at Sporty Group, a leading Sports Betting website. - Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance market position and drive growth. - Position requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a proven track record in brand management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives. - Oversee brand campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market share. - Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. - Define and articulate the brand’s value proposition, positioning, and messaging. - Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns. - Monitor and analyze brand campaign performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive brand execution. - Oversee brand marketing budget for efficient resource allocation. - Provide regular reports on brand performance to senior management. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role in brand management or marketing. - Fluency in English and experience in the iGaming industry or related field. - Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and digital marketing proficiency. - Highly motivated, results-driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills. - Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment.
