MySQL DBRE (Database Reliability Engineer)

Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and optimize database infrastructure, including MySQL and MongoDB. - Implement automated alerts and dashboards for database systems. - Automate deployments and infrastructure management using Terraform. - Develop and enhance dashboards and alert mechanisms. - Assist in reconfiguring architecture and database structure for rapid deployment. - Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating pattern. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant domain. - Advanced troubleshooting skills in MySQL and MongoDB. - Strong proficiency in Python and general programming. - Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and ETL tools like Airflow. - Familiarity with AWS RDS, Cloudwatch, and other PaaS services. - Ability to deliver quality documentation and operational runbooks. - Open-mindedness and willingness to take on new challenges in a growing organization.
