Google Tag Manager/GA4 Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Management: Set up tracking for conversions, events, and user interactions; analyze performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Platform Audit: Conduct audits of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 setups to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement. - Implementation: Implement GTM and GA4 across web platforms, ensuring correct setup for data capture. - Maintenance: Update, maintain, and optimize GTM container and GA4 configurations. - Debugging: Identify and resolve issues related to tag management, data layer, and analytics tracking. - Training & Documentation: Train internal teams on GTM and GA4 usage; document processes and changes. - Compliance & Privacy: Ensure implementations comply with data protection regulations; maintain user privacy standards. - Ownership: Investigate broken tracking; set up processes for testing events. - Documentation: Curate data schema for FE and BE events. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years experience in GTM and GA4 across web, Android, and iOS platforms. - Strong understanding of web analytics, digital marketing, and data privacy. - Demonstrated experience in implementing, maintaining, and debugging marketing campaigns in a B2C context. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, especially across remote teams. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with A/B testing tools, SEO, PPC, and Social Media campaign tracking. - Experience in the sports betting or gaming industry preferred. - Knowledge of other tools like AppsFlyer or Metabase. - Experience with Server-Side Google Tag Manager for business-critical events. - Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or related fields.
