Software Engineer II

Overview: - Spreetail is a fast-growing ecommerce company seeking motivated individuals passionate about learning new technologies and building software. - The position is 100% remote, with candidates required to reside or be willing to move to select US states. Key Responsibilities: - Gain hands-on experience in Web/API development and database management systems. - Develop reusable components and tools for the engineering organization. - Collaborate with engineers for seamless interactions between servers, clients, and fulfillment centers' hardware. - Drive code quality and execution excellence with clean, maintainable code and high levels of test automation. - Stay ahead of the curve by researching new technologies and methodologies. - Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking team culture. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (C# preferred, but Java, C++, or Python developers welcome). - Experience working with SQL and cloud environments (AWS preferred). - A growth mindset, eager to give and receive feedback on designs, code, and best practices. - Passion for collaboration and mentorship. - Bonus experience in Jira, APIs, React, Agile, Unit Testing, AI, Relational Databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
