Manager, Sales Qualification

Overview: - Sales Qualification Lead role at StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform. - Responsible for leading Sales Qualification Team (SQT) towards ambitious SQL targets. - Requires expertise in outbound prospecting, marketing, sales pipeline strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coach Sales Qualification Coordinators (SQCs) for SQL conversion targets. - Develop and implement a structured Outbound Prospecting Strategy for Growth Sales Teams (GST). - Serve as primary contact for Marketing Operations within the Growth Sales Leadership Team. - Partner with Revenue Operations for accurate pipeline reporting and data-driven insights. - Optimize MQL to SQL conversion rates and ensure SLAs are met. - Utilize data analytics to measure performance and refine outbound prospecting motions. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of people management and coaching experience in sales or marketing. - Proven experience in building and scaling sales pipelines. - Expertise in developing outbound sales motions using engagement insights and market data. - Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities. - Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
